Dear Valued Customers,
In response to recent tariff news, we would like to provide a transparent and honest update. We have received correspondence from several vendors of potential price increases, including apparel provider S&S Activewear and our laser engraving products provider JDS.
Our DTF supplier has informed us that there are currently no plans for a price increase. We will not use tariffs as a pretext to raise our prices. As you are aware, one of our primary strengths is our unwavering consistency. We have consistently utilized the same inks, powders, and films for our DTF transfers, and we intend to maintain our high-quality transfers. Should an increase become necessary, we will promptly announce it.
Upon notification, we will hold any price increase for a 30-day period.
Additionally, UPS has added a fuel surcharge of 18.25% to our weekly account. While we will not raise our shipping rates by 18.25%, we will be required to increase each shipment by 50 cents.
