How long is your turnaround?

Typically, our turnaround time from the moment you place your order to delivery or pickup is 1–2 business days.

Where can I pick up my order?

If you’re in Birmingham, Alabama, you can pick up your transfers at our Hoover or Bessemer locations.

Do you ship?

Absolutely! Just select the shipping option you’d like when you place an order and enter your address. You’ll get a shipping quote before you check out, and a shipping confirmation in your email inbox after. 

What’s the difference between DTF and screen printing?

DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing transfers a digitally printed design from a special transfer film onto material using heat and adhesive powder, while screen printing pushes ink through a stencil (screen) directly onto the fabric, typically one color layer at a time.

Can you help me apply my DTF transfers?
