Shipping policy

Our Goal is to ship your Direct To Film order in 1-2 business days after it is placed. All other products 5-7 days or to notify you of the expected ship date. Day 1 is the following day from order date. You will be notified by email with a tracking number.  If you think your package is lost, please contact your carrier as we are not responsible for lost or damaged goods during shipping.

• Orders will be fulfilled according to the shipping or pickup method selected at checkout.
• Orders placed for shipping will be shipped, even if pickup was intended.
• Orders placed for pickup will be processed for the location selected at checkout.
• Shipping charges will not be refunded due to an incorrect selection made at checkout.
